What we do
We install flooring, tile, and surfaces across Florida. Everything here is work we've actually done — it's in the project gallery. What we don't do, we tell you up front, not halfway through the job.

WHAT WE DO MOST
Bathroom tile, showers & surfaces
It's what we do most. We take out the old finish and leave the bathroom fully tiled: floor, walls, shower, and niches.
Includes: removal of the existing finish · shower area waterproofing · porcelain on floor and walls · recessed niches · curbless walk-in shower tile · baseboard and trim.
Doesn't include: plumbing or electrical work. If your project needs them, we'll tell you at the visit so you can line up the right trade. We come in for the tile.

Porcelain & large format
We install porcelain up to 48x48. Large format means fewer grout lines and a cleaner-looking floor, but it doesn't forgive mistakes: if the base isn't level, you'll see it the moment light hits it. That's why we prep the floor before the first piece goes down.
Includes: base prep and leveling · installation · even grout lines · cleanup at handover.

Wood-look tile
Porcelain that looks like wood. It handles Florida humidity, doesn't scratch like real wood, and you clean it with a mop.
Includes: base prep · installation in the pattern you pick · baseboard.
Real reference: 1,700 sqft installed on a 12-day project.

Patios & pool decks
Outdoor-rated porcelain on terraces, patios, and pool surrounds.
Includes: prep · installation with the right slope so water runs off · edge finishing.
Why it matters: outdoor porcelain has to be pitched. Lay it flat and you'll have standing water.

Stairs
Treads and risers in porcelain or stone. It's some of the most demanding work there is: every piece is cut to fit, and any difference in height between steps is something you feel underfoot.

Kitchen floors & backsplash
Kitchen flooring and backsplash in porcelain or stone.
Includes: old floor removal · new floor installation · backsplash.
Doesn't include: cabinets, countertops, plumbing, or electrical.
What if it all has to come out?
If your project is finishes and surfaces — pulling the flooring throughout the house, redoing the bathrooms, replacing the trim — we take the whole thing and answer for it start to finish. You're not coordinating five people.
When a project needs plumbing, electrical, or structural work, that goes to those trades. We tell you at the visit and it's spelled out in the estimate, so you know exactly who does what.
ESTIMATE
What will my project cost?
It comes down to three things: how many sqft, what material you pick, and how much has to come out before we start. That's why we don't publish a price per square foot — it would be a number that doesn't apply to your house.
Here's what we do instead:
- 1We come to your house and measure. No charge.
- 2You get the scope in writing, line by line, with the price and the completion date.
- 3That price is what you pay. If something turns up that nobody could see, we tell you and you decide before we touch it.
The estimate doesn't commit you to anything. But if you accept it, the number doesn't move.
